Insitu Resource Utillizations

In-Situ Resource Utilization is an industry that is about to be born. Contained within it will be countless subindustries. At its core will be to view anew how we have utilized earth resources on planet earth.

Effectively, the first planet that humanity has experimented with In-Situ Resource Utilization is planet Earth. We have learned to sustain on this planet without alternative access to resources.

While that has produced mixed results, in space we can learn from our strengths while simultaneously limit the damages from our mistakes on our home planet.

Central to developing Space is the balance of how much we transport from Earth and how much ingenuity we apply to utilizing in-space resources for application to our needs.

Once we enter into this equation the gravity well of planet Earth, it quickly becomes apparent that when it comes to transporting from Earth, more is not more, less is more. Hence in order to go further, we will need to get more creative.

There are countless resources in space, among them is terrestrial regolith, elements, minerals, and ice. Reconfiguration and reimagined uses will allow us to speed our deployment into space.

An entire ecosystem will develop that will foster less dependency from Earth for the needs we will have in space. Not only will this benefit the Space Ecosphere it may provide completely reimagined methods of filling our needs on Earth without tampering further with our delicate and precious ecosystem on Earth. In the long run, the less we take from Earth, the better off it will be for Space and for Earth.
